Alicia Mayer, one of our URI interns, was accepted into the Global Supply Chain Masters Program at Bryant University. Congratulations! She will be joining Foodcrafters full-time after she graduates from URI this Spring.
Sustainable Tompkins Award — Cool School Food, a partnership between Ithaca City Child Nutrition Program, New York Coalition for Healthy School Food, and Moosewood Restaurant. Wynnie Stein performs as the consulting chef for the program. She also developed a recipe chosen for inclusion in a healthy school cookbook distributed nationally in 2012 by the USDA to schools and families.
